Welcome to halo4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and halo4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://halo4d.asia, including all associated services, features, content, games, and functionality offered therein.

halo4d is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of eligible players. The Company offers a range of services including, but not limited to, casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, lottery products, and related promotional programmes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the halo4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. halo4d does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21, in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style entertainment in this market.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of halo4d is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of halo4d or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the halo4d Platform.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria above. Any account found to be in violation of these requirements will be terminated, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the halo4d Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. halo4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. halo4d reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of any change to your personal details, you are obligated to update your account information promptly by contacting our support team.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. halo4d will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, halo4d requires Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process involves submitting copies of valid government-issued identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

By accessing the halo4d Platform, you agree to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and in good faith. The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

5.1 Permitted Use

• Accessing and using the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Placing wagers on games and sporting events in accordance with the applicable betting and gaming rules.
• Communicating with our support team through authorised channels for account and service assistance.
• Participating in promotional programmes in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Platform Availability

halo4d endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a 24/7 basis. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice. halo4d shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such downtime.

5.3 Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections meet the technical requirements necessary to access and use the Platform effectively. halo4d shall not be liable for gameplay disruptions, connection losses, or data errors caused by inadequate device performance or network instability on the User's end.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

halo4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks), as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be adjusted based on account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account upon confirmed receipt by the relevant payment processor. halo4d shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment processing intermediaries.
• halo4d does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum limits apply per transaction and per calendar day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the name on the User's verified account.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. These are estimates and may vary.
• halo4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests of any value.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotional terms and will not be released until all requirements have been satisfied.

halo4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

• All bonuses are credited at the Company's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Bonuses are valid for the promotional period specified in the relevant offer. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirement details are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and are subject to abuse monitoring. halo4d reserves the right to revoke bonuses and related winnings from accounts where bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any form of arbitrage betting.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the referred player completing registration with a valid, unique referral code and making their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

All games and betting markets available on halo4d are governed by specific game rules displayed within the respective game interfaces or sporting event pages. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or event.

8.1 General Wagering Rules

• Wagers are final and irrevocable once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming any bet or game action.
• halo4d reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed in error, due to a technical malfunction, or as a result of human error in odds or game configuration.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the Company's server-side records shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the outcome in question.

8.2 Sports Betting

• Odds for sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, badminton, and other markets, are subject to change up until the market closes.
• In-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined — due to connectivity delays or system errors — may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• Events abandoned, postponed, or incomplete beyond the threshold specified in the relevant sport's rules may result in wagers being declared void and stakes returned.

8.3 Live Dealer & RNG Games

• Live dealer games are streamed in real time. halo4d is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party studio or streaming provider downtime.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently audited to ensure fairness. Published RTP figures represent theoretical return percentages over statistically significant sample sizes and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the halo4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform (duplicate or multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing an underage person access to your account.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to our support team.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security, or backend systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing halo4d staff, support agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content, materials, and technology comprising the halo4d Platform — including but not limited to the halo4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game software, graphics, audio, video, written content, and promotional materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of halo4d or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the User by virtue of this licence or any use of the Platform.

Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of any content from the halo4d Platform is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, halo4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses (which are an inherent and acknowledged risk of participation in games of chance).
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds displays, or promotional communications that are corrected in a timely manner.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes beyond personal gaming entertainment.

halo4d is firmly committed to responsible gambling and the protection of all Users. Gambling is intended exclusively as a form of adult entertainment and must not be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

• All Users must be aged 21 years or above. We enforce this requirement strictly.
• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time.
• Users who wish to take a temporary break may activate a cool-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months) through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
• Users who require a permanent break may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

13.1 Termination by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

13.2 Termination by halo4d

halo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Conduct detrimental to the interests of the Platform, other Users, or associated third parties.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement mandating account closure.

In the event of account termination for cause, halo4d reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and, where fraud or financial crime is involved, to withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation and potential disclosure to relevant authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that the use of online gambling platforms may be subject to restrictions under the laws of your local jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of halo4d complies with all applicable laws in your place of residence. halo4d makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of the territories where the Company operates.

halo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or through a prominently displayed notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
